Job Summary
- Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and related components to ensure safe and reliable operations.
- Maintain and repair lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, circuit breakers, electrical panels, and other electrical devices in accordance with safety and operational standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
- Identify electrical hazards, defects, and potential risks, and recommend or implement appropriate corrective actions to prevent equipment failure and workplace incidents.
- Assist in the preventive maintenance of floor-mounted, split-type, ceiling-concealed, package-type, and other air conditioning and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, repair, and corrective maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, addressing operational issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular cleaning of filters, evaporator coils, condenser coils, and related components to maintain system efficiency and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Monitor the performance and operating condition of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, and promptly report abnormalities, defects, or maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors for major repairs, overhauls, and specialized maintenance works involving air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, service calls, and emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, preventive maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment service histories.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, maintenance procedures, and established operational standards while performing assigned duties.
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, organization, and safekeeping of tools, equipment, materials, and assigned work areas at all times.
- Support general building maintenance activities and perform other related technical and maintenance tasks as may be assigned by management.
