Senior Compliance Officer

Job Summary

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive sustainable growth across key accounts, corporate clients, and business channels, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, market expansion objectives, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead, supervise, and provide direction to the Sales Team, ensuring effective account management, proper pipeline monitoring, performance tracking, and the consistent delivery of sales targets and business development initiatives.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, client engagement, networking, and strategic partnerships to expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of sales proposals, quotations, contracts, presentations, and related commercial documentation to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations, negotiations, and strategic account discussions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments, providing insights, sales forecasts, and recommendations to management for informed business decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews, pipeline assessments, and business development evaluations to ensure alignment with sales strategies, targets, and operational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives, client requirements, and revenue-generating activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including sales process optimization, CRM utilization, performance analytics, and team capability development programs to enhance overall sales effectiveness and organizational growth.

Qualification / Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or any related field. • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, account management, or corporate sales functions. • With proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a sales or business development environment. • Experience managing key accounts, corporate clients, contract negotiations, and revenue-generating initiatives is highly preferred. • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), market analysis, business development principles, and revenue growth frameworks.
Experience
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, legal operations, or governance functions.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or any related field.
